Set out
on the right career path for you
I believe that young adults have a great supply of energy, skills and ambition to contribute to the workplace.
But it's a tough transition from school to higher education to a permanent job and progressing in your early career. Big decisions, figuring out a career direction, getting valuable experience and securing the right roles in your early graduate career.

You really want to start and progress in a graduate career that plays to your strengths and that you enjoy.

You're just getting a bit stuck along the way.

I’m on a mission to provide you with the emotional and practical support to help you set out on the right career path for you.

So you can feel proud and confident wearing your professional hat and happy to get out of bed in the morning.
Career Coaching Programmes
I offer a variety of career coaching programmes and resources for late teens to mid twenties, whichever stage you are at in your education or career. School leavers, uni students or those that have started uni and decided it's not the right path, graduates or early career changers - I'll support you to set and achieve your goals in your post-school journey, graduate career planning, job hunting or early career.
My career coaching programmes help you to make sense of all your thoughts and emotions and get clarity on where you are heading. You'll become much more self-aware about what's important to you, what your key skills, strengths, interests and values are, what's holding you back. You'll identify some career options and build your skills, confidence and connections to make post-school decisions, find work experience or internships, start your graduate career or change careers. I'll encourage and challenge you along the way to take regular positive steps as I really care about getting the best out of you.
Career coaching with me will make your journey much less overwhelming. Help build your self-belief and confidence to take action. And result in you seeing progress in your post-school decision-making, graduate career planning, job hunting or career change much faster and with less stress than if you carry on struggling by yourself.

Rachel is a really positive and pragmatic coach.
She has a great deal of experience in a number of sectors meaning she can offer real insight into the workings of different industries and company culture/pressures.

Rachel recognised skills and traits in me which I had not previously been able to see. The fact that she had confidence in me and was able to reassure me, even at times when I was receiving rejections, ultimately gave me the motivation and assurance to carry on and secure a fantastic, well-suited graduate scheme.
